Please can somebody help!

I have an Audi A6 Avant, 2006, which intermittently goes into limp mode (some times it drives normally, albeit with quite low mpg - and other times it has absolutely no power). It is showing various (seemingly minor) electrical problems with the radio/voice modules etc (so I don't know if it might be the ECU) but the problem seems to be these two faults:

(1) 013128 - Control Circuit for Controller for Turbocharger 1 (J724)
P3348 - 005- Electrical Malfunction

(2) 000565 - Boost Pressure
P0235 - 001 - Regulation Range not Reached - MIL ON

Does anyone know what the problem might be? The controller for the turbocharger has been changed - so it seems like it might be electrical / wiring as it is intermittent?
