Just getting broken in at that mileage. As long as it's been maintained, it should last at least another 150K. I've just turned 224K on my 03 D2 A8L. No really major issues other than the cam chain tensioners needed replacing because one of the plastic pads failed. Didn't jump time and damage anything. I replaced them and the timing belt. That was 10K miles ago back in July. I do my own work but that would have probably cost anyone else a couple or three thousand dollars in labor. I think I have about $600 in parts on that repair.
