Audi B5 coding issues
Hi everyone,
I have problems coding the ECU from auto to manual trasmission with VCDS.
I have a CEL due to improper coding, and when I try to code in ( for me its :06001) the correct values it doesn't save, it stays on the auto values :06051.
Here is the list from VCDS for check engine codes.

VCDS Version: Release 12.12.0 (x64)
Address 01: Engine Labels: 058-907-55x-AEBN.lbl
Control Module Part Number: 8D0 907 557 N
Component and/or Version: 1.8l R4/5VT MOTR AT D03
Software Coding:06051
Work Shop Code: WSC 00000
VCID: 3B7B3D6E291981C6811-4B18
3 Faults Found:
18021 - MIL Control Circuit
P1613 - 35-00 - Open or Short to Plus
17746 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40)
P1338 - 35-00 - Open or Short to Plus
17884 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump
P1476 - 35-00 - Malfunction / Insufficient Vacuum
Readiness: 0010 0101
I know you can recode these from auto to stick or the other way around, they have pre-program software for all the types of drivetrain, it just doesn't save the changes, I maybe need a login code , i tried logging in with 01283 already, Mr. Uwe from Rosstech is helping right now.
Only thing left to get out of limp mode is the recoding, please if you have any idea, let me know! Thanks.

I dont want to bump or anything like that but I really need to know what's going on, more info about the car will help maybe..
Its a 1997 A4 B5, 1.8T FWD, it had the 8D0 907 557 N ECU that I chipped stage 1 and it developed a missfire on cyl. 3 , cause was the ECU giving constant ground going in the ICM on pin 3.
I bought another ECU with the same numbers, only thing is its from a 1996 car, can the production date have any impact on software that was integrated in the ECU??, I know they were not introduced in North America before that or something like that, i saw this on the forum so I am not sure if its true.
Mr. Uwe said some AEB's ECU's had a bug of some sort wich made them programable in one way but not the other, if at least somebody ever recoded an ECU on a AEB platform, can that person give me the ECU number's ? that way I could go ahead and buy another one that will work, if its really the cause.
For now its in limp mode, 5 psi running like crap, I will get a new camshaft sensor in this week, I dont know why it fried but it did.
Anyway thanks for any help, its really appreciated and my wife could get her car back before winter hits, so I can get my Benz back XD!

Update on the car, New cam sensor still getting code,
BUT I tried coding the old ECM and it worked flawless back and forth, my old ECM number on the case is 8D0 907 557 N but in VAG com it says 8D0 907 558 M! How is that possible?? anyway buying another ECM this week with these numbers cause I know it works, still have the stupid CPS issue, why does it give me that code when every damned thing is spot on!!!? It never gave that code before and after the rebuilt, just after the new ECM was in.
And I see not alot of people are active on here but still, the main purpose of me posting this is to get help but also to help for future questions from clueless people like I was 4 months ago.
Have a good day people.
