Hello all!

I have a 2000 A4 Quatro. I am trying to replace my factory rear and front door speakers. I have the tools needed. But for the love of creation i can't figure out howe to get into the speaker casing/grille on the rears to change them out! I know it seems simple, but how do you remove them? Also, i haven't attempted the fronts yet but pointers on those would also be welcome!

 

For the fronts you have to remove the entire door panel. If you try to pry the speaker cover off, it will just break.
