my car hates to idle. the rpm's bounce like crazy when i put the clutch in from 2500-3000 rpms. the needle will drop below 1000 and bounce around. a couple of times the car turned off. i can usually avoid this by bringing the rpms down with the brake and downshifting instead of going into neutral, but the times when the car has turned off has been twice while i was in 1st, and once while in 3rd.
i don't have any codes. i already cleaned the mass air flow sensor, and throttle body. i'm thinking i'm just going to replace the throttle body all together, but before i do does anyone have any ideas? everyone i take it to has no clue what it is.
