Hello can anyone show me where the VSS is located. I have searched for 3 hours seen few videos. But cannot find it on my car.
one video said it's next to oil filter , other show where engine meets w transmission housing.
I have car in thef air also removed the coolant reservoir can't find?
I also have Haynes service book, it just says to remove left wheel and locate sensor no images...

 

It is located where the driver's side axle attaches to the front differential. Should be right there. It reads the teeth on a ring on the axle flange.

Ok I removed the driver axle heat shield, the top but was he'll. I can find the knock sensor it is also cevered with a shield but I cannot see the vss??
