Can anyone help me, I have a TT coupe reg 57. A few weeks ago, in the hot weather after getting in and closing door I heard a loud bang like somebody was hitting the roof of the car. I put this down to expansion of metal in the hot weather. But it is now a lot cooler and every morning and evening, a couple of seconds after shutting the door I hear the bang, occasionally the bang doesn't happen until I turn the ignition. Has anyone else experienced this or anyone out there that can help me?
