Default Battery Light

Starting this afternoon I've been having problems when I accelerate. Whenever I floor it my battery light comes on. If I release the pedal right away it turns off. If I hold the pedal down longer the light starts flashing. The only mods I have are: APR stage 1 and a Bailey DV. What could be causing this? Also if I stay just slightly out of full to the floor the light dosen't come on reguardless of rpms, or speed. The dealership said they had never seenthis before. Once they said they saw anengine torque back into a wiring harness and short it out, but I doubt that's what is happening here. My local tuning shop is also completely stumped.. All anyone can suggest is to let them drive it so they can see the light too.Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am going to have to go buy the stck program for my chip, so the dealer dosen't f*** me when they find out whats wrong.

if you have a multi meter check what volts are being passed to the battery ( it should be 14.5v ) above 15v and below 12v the alternator is bad

Check the alternator belt, a loose belt will slip under acceleration causing the bat. light to come on.
