Default Bentley manuals accuracy

Last week I opened my Bentley manual in terms to get familiarity with some engine work procedures.
Previously I’ve heard people complaining about the accuracy of the data presented, but in the case of my copy it seem to me there is a chapter where right and left pictures are messed-up.

Are there (on the forum) people that relay on Bentley manuals for real repair work on their cars?

Are Bentley manuals considered “technical” or “fictional” literature?

(No wonder dealers charge so much (having the correct info, at least)

So far, over the board, the Bentley is the best for the repairs.

That's still what many dealerships, and indie garages rely on.

Waay better then the competition (haynes, etc)
