Irridium are good, currently im using NGK-R's and they seem to do a good job. However if you are going to spend the money on Irridium you should consider pulstar pulse plugs instead. Im considering dropping the $100 for 4 of them myself. just my 2 cents

well its gonna be a while before i do, i can hardly keep up on the repairs to keep this thing running. got my left from tie rod out, back right wheel bearing and accessory belt tensioner. just replaced water pump, and did valve cover gasket. and on top of all that going wrong now my guage cluster is flashing more lights than a police car and i have no clue whats causing it, i have a thread about it. but those spark plugs are said to show 11hp in a stock 350z and 10hp in a c6 vette. so who knows, definetly worth looking up their website to read about em they sound neat.

I like NGK I went with iridium they were same price as platinum. I though that the Iridium was basically for the radio interuption for blue tooth crap and like that.

I have platinum in my 4.2 and they run nice.

Iridium's harder and thus can be made to a finer point producing a hotter and less shrouded spark. They've been proven by several mags to increase HP by about 2-4%...
