best spark plugs
I can say I have been using NGK for years. I trust them they work well so I'm loyal. I would need to see the bottom line on those plugs. are they really better? or are they just bright lights. Just like the lucas oil is it better?
Here's the thing.. do they save you $100 or more in gas over thier life time? I have to say - no. A spark is a spark. Gas only burns so fast - cant change chemistry and physics.
For $100, my money would be better spent getting a better set of wires tham OEM 1000-5000 ohm per foot pieces of ****. 50-100 ohm per foot wires would get more energy actually to the plug to start with, and, do more consistantly. THATS were power is made.
Did you know that in the average engine, the plug actually only fires 78% or so of the time? Mostly due to crappy wires and coils.

Only if its bad and repeatable... Why do you think all these 'new' designs keep comming out? Each and every one says things like 'increases chance of spark'. A normal plug does not fire each and every time. The higher the RPM and compression, the more chance it will miss.

GM must have a very understanding ECM. Audi's is a grumpy ECM.
