Default Bluetooth phone issue - when second call comes in

I have a 2005 A6 with MMI version 33.6.

When I'm on a call using the bluetooth phone integration and another call comes in, I get two options: "Replace" and "Ignore."

If I hit "replace" it will hang up on caller number one and connect me with caller number two.

If I hit "ignore" it's supposed to just ignore caller number two and leave me connected to caller number one.

Here's my problem: If I choose "ignore" nothing happens on the screen. Then, after about 10 seconds the bluetooth crashes and I lose all connectivity with my phone. The caller is still there, but I have to fish the phone out of my pocket and talk directly into the handset.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is it correctable with another software upgrade?
