Default Boost Leaking. 05 A4 2.0T

Hello,

2005.5 Audi A4 Quatrro 2.0T 38,000 Miles.

Installed following parts:

EuroSport Cat Back Exhaust Kit
SPEC Stage 2+ Clutch
Factory Audi FlyWheel, Release Bearings, and Pilot Bearings.
Forge Diverter Value 2.0T
Forge Spacer 2.0T
ASP Chip Upgrade 2.0T Equipped.

I went to Auto Speed in Voorhees, NJ (Exit 4 on Turnpike)
Threw the car on the Dyno, and pumped out only 14 pounds of boost.

The crew over there said that's terrible, and I should be pumping AT LEAST 19 pounds of boost. They had an exact car not to long ago in thier shop with exact upgrades as my car, and it pumped out 19 pounds of boost on the Dyno.

They did a Pressure test, and passed completely. They checked to see if the Diverter Value's hoses were installed correctly, they are.

Does anyone here know what the problem could possibly be? I mean I paid alot of money for 19 POUNDS, not 14 POUNDS.. I want my money's worth here!

Please help?

did you not get it tuned? you just put a chip in it? go get a boost controller and run as much boost as you want. did you look at the turbo map to find out how much boost it can handle effeciently? 14 might be good enough. it's not all about how much boost you have.

you should upgrading to an external wastegate for 19. are you running pump gas? the ecu wont allow it to knock it will pull back timing and boost if it doesnt have the proper octain levels for boost and compression.
