My wife drives a 2001 Audi A6 Avant with the Bose Symphany Sound System. She recently had an issue where the radio stopped working (only bass was being put out by the speakers). I took the car to our mechanic who thought it was the radio that crapped out. After getting an after market radio installed, the professional did a few tests and thought the amp was blown. After installing the Alpine radio, the radio was only being played in the speaker between the driver and backseat doors. I have been looking for new Bose Amps on ebay and I think I found one that will work. I could use any inputs on whether the amp will solve the problem and if the amp I am looking at will work with my wife's system.
