brake noises

i know its time for new brakes which im bout 2 get but last night i was driving home and i started hearing a clicking sound every time the wheel goes around in my back driver side wheel any idead what it is ? i was thinking it was a warped rotor + new pad its like a constant click when i move forward wont do it in reverse

It could be wheel bearings check out brake pads first.You could have warpted rotors to thought if you had any pulsating before hand from e- brake being left on.If your pads are down to the metal it could make a clicking sound.
