Broke my timing belt while doing 35mph
It was a beautiful bright sunny day I was driving along minding my own business & all of a sudden BAM! car shuts off. Get out pop the hood & I find out my timing belt broke only going 35. So I started taking it apart i took off the valve cover & im just wondering what the head bolts need to be torqued to. Anybody have any idea?

Yeah the timing belt will break at any speed, engine speed really doesnt matter when its time to go it will just go. Also if greese got on it that will shorten its life. As for the torque specs I recommend downloading a service manual for your car, you should be able to find them for free on google. Get that because there is an order to removing your headbolts and trquing them to avoid warping your head.
