I know how it goes on forums. The strange thing is you may be new on that forum and like readimag says, you only may get helped of you are an old member. Seems pretty ludicrous don't you think? If an "old" member were on a different forum looking for help and had to wait 2 years till being an old member to get the help needed - not cool.

This is a backward way of thinking (not talking about you readimag) and unfortunately it holds true for so many forums.

I recon we are all in the same boat and driving the same make of car, and others, and we shouldn't only be helped on merit because we have more points than joesoap. What would the point be then of joining the forum? I get the point about someone asking for help where someone else needs to use their paid for resource, but the point of "... i am sure someone would help you out but seeing you are new..." is just so common now days - it's sad really.

 

or... you can spend just 25 bux and do it yourself without delay.
If you are not willing to spend $25.00 for sanity check you are probably not ready to drive a Viper...
