Ok I finally got it back 1 week later... Everything seems to be working fine now, heck it's even quiet when it starts up now!!!

Does anyone know if a leaky rear diff seal should be covered under a certified warranty?

 

Disapointingly, you had to turn the new car/loaner in.

Oil control valves are worn... I guess its on a TSB

They Replaces some valves, nozzles, gaskets, seals... Free oil and filter
