I just bought a new head unit through Circuit City. They told me they could take out my factory unit for me (so I could install the HU myself) and proceeded too. Of course they didn't have Audi specific keys, so they just grabbed the closest ones and shoved them in. What do ya know, 3 of the 4 tabs are now broken. The radio will NOT come out. Took it to 4 different places and they all said that the guys at CC broke it.

I'm going back tomorrow to talk to the regional manager, she is "expecting" me. Anybody have any idea's as to how I can get the radio out of the car? Thank you!

 

Stick a small stright angle pick into each slot and try to pry the lock towards the center of the radio while pulling on it, you might get lucky.
