96 a4 quattro 5sp 2.8... MY cluster's tach and speedo only work sometimes, like if i shut the car off and turn it back on a couple times then the gagues will work... also only half the cluster is lit... new bulbs to fix that? but as for the tach and speedo what could be the problem? or should i just go with a new cluster...
