Clutch Troubleshooting and help?
I am having a little trouble with my 2004 a4 1.8 quattro clutch. I pushed the clutch with my foot and felt the reg resistance that you expect then half way down something snapped and I lost all resistance on the clutch petal. I turned the car off and on again and this time the petal went all the way to the floor with out any resistance except some very slight pulsing. Even with I tried to pump the clutch I still could not get the car into gear.
To solve this I checked the brake fluid to check to see if the lack of pressure was due to the lack of fluid. No success with this. So far I have bled the brakes TWICE trying to get pressure at the clutch with no luck.
Have any advice, suggestions or info on my problem, please help. I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks guys- Bodarkk

Get under the car and look at the driver's side of the transmission where the slave cylinder is, if you see any fluid you blew the slave cylinder. If there isn't any fluid present you need a new clutch.
