Default Code P1519 - I got two definitions for it...?

OK, a little while ago my car (99 A4 2.8Q 30V manual trans) threw a CEL, and I stopped at Auto Zone to get it scanned today. The code was P1519 according to their scanner, and it listed the fault definition as "Vehicle Speed/Idle Speed Control Auxiliary Inputs". However, I also looked up the code on the Audi Online Tech Library (http://www.bentleypublishers.com/tec....dtc.table.htm) and in there, it lists the fault definition as "Intake Camshaft Control, Bank 1, Malfunction". These sound like widely different definitions. When I was at Auto Zone and he told me what the code-read was, I was thinking possibly an ABS sensor (vehicle speed aux input could be interpreted that way) since I have a loud wheel bearing, and I've read that they're known to take out an ABS sensor. But reading the Bentley definition, that seems to be something completely different - some sort of solenoid maybe or timing adjuster?

Does anyone have any info on this, or have you had this code before? What parts/sensors did you look at? What fixed your problem? I have to have the car inspected in June and I'll probably have to have this code repaired before the car will pass. TIA...
