My Audi A6 Quatro 2012 3.0 Supercharge Engine (USA Model). Radiator Fan Runs at Full Speed - when car shut off.... Realized this can be normal in Hot Weather so didn't worry, however when I went out this morning - and Opened the Door - after it was off for 14 hours - same thing - just fires up - even before engine on.... So let it cycle - about 1 min or so - and it shuts down - then still with engine not started - I pop the hood - which the car apparently senses - and again - it triggers the radiator fan - full on... which I thought was supposed to have a safety mechanism to stop that from happening - anyway . There are no Check engine lights or other warning lights and the car operates fine. Only 30K miles on it - all services done on time with dealer - current engine oil only on 4500 Miles. Anyway - it is under warranty - just wondering have you ever heard of something like this? And What it may be - didn't see this addressed anywhere
