Convenience Control Unit help!
Hi all,
I have a A4 1.8T B6 model and lately the battery is discharged when I go to start in the mornings. I have noticed that the hazard warning triangle in the middle of the dash illuminates intermittently well after the car has been locked and right through the night. Reading forums here suggest that the problem is down to the Convenience Control Module located under the carpet by the left hand side front seat. I have plugged in my VAG-COM and there are intermittent errors showing up for the Convenience module. The part number of the module showing up on VAG-COM is 8E0 959 433 AJ (currently coded as 06859), my question is how important are the last 2 letters in the module part no., I can source modules but the last 2 characters are BC or AF, would these modules work?
Any help would really be appreciated.
