My coolant gauge fluctuates between C and the middle. It never seems to stay centered like most other cars.

I also noticed, oil temp never really moves it might move like a hair above 150d but rarely.

Anyone ever have these issues? You think it might just be faulty sensors/thermostat?

well it depends. Does the water temperature gauge actually move. If it does and it usually at around the same place, this probably means that your thermostat is stuck partially open not allowing the water to heat to proper temp, and should be changes. If it seems as if the temperature is always in a different position it probably the coolant temperature sensor. I myself using the cheapest and easiest rule would change the temperature sensor. there are various write ups about these online.
