Default Desperately Need Help Finding this part

http://i991.photobucket.com/albums/a...0/assembly.jpg

2002 audi a4 3.0 quattro

I only need the parts circled in red, and i have searched for hours with no luck at all.

i have seen it called an "intake manifold rotary change-over valve" as well as a "Shifter rod". I have confirmed that this part is bad in my car, but i cannot seem to find it for sale anywhere on the internet. Any help finding one (Preferably new) would be greatly appreciated.

Hello - Any luck with this? I need the same parts for my 3.0 and I'm sure not buying a new manifold at $1000+. Thanks!
