I have a 2008 A6 Avant C6 4F with electric tailgate. The tailgate occasionally only opens in mid position, and I suspect the struts do not lift with enough force. Ive been looking at new ones (not audi ones) and was wondering if anyone has any clues about what the eject force should be..? Several stores recommend both 600 N and 650 N.. Any experiences with brands, Optimal, Vaico, Stabiles, Tristan etc..
