I have a 98 a4 2.0 wagon. When I turn the key all the way off to pull it out the engine turns over and tries to start. I have to turn the key off, but not all the way back, disconnect the battery, then turn the key the rest of the way back to take the key out. Any ideas what would cause this? I’m thinking ignition or starter issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
