Fan blows no air & heating not working! Help!!!!!

My heating system recently packed up on me (conveniently in the winter!!!). It blows out no air and occasionally (if I'm driving round a corner, etc) it switches on suddenly.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR,IT HAS A UNIT INTEGRATED WITH IN AND IT IS NOT AVAILEBLE SEPARET FROM THE MOTOR,
