i ordered wheels online from wheeldiscount.com almost 4 months ago. When i first ordered, i waited about a month and a half for my wheels to arrive, and of course when they came, they didnt fit cause they sent the wrong ones. It then took them another couple weeks for them to call UPS to pick them up, and then it took this company until this past monday for a representative to confirm they were sent again and they would be arriving at my house today. Well today came and they werent here, the representative whose name i wont mention (rich), lied to me and never sent them out. i had it out with him, and now cancelled my order. NEVER order anything from wheeldiscount.com, they do not practice good business. They lie, and are very inconvenient.

 

if your that dissatisfied, which it sounds like you are, you should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so that other poeple can hear about this and so that the BBB can do an investigation, just a thought
