Greddy Turbo Timer

I just changed the battery in my car (2000 S4), and now my turbo timer just stays red. I can't reset it. My mechanic killed the power to the car but nothing seems to work. Any solutions?

what else in the car doesn't work...?

or is it just the battery timer...? and do you kno what system the timer was wired into...?
