Default head bolt question

So I recently did a head gasket change on my 12v b5, wasn't too hard but I ended up using head bolts from victor reinz that I cannot locate a proper Allen bit for. The standard audi 6 point poly drive Allen does not fit these replacements. I was kind of desperate putting the bolts in, so I used a combination of triple square and standard Allen to get the bolts in. Big mistake, I don't think I was able to get them fully torqued, because now my coolant doesn't build pressure and there is mayonnaise goop in my valve covers. I think I can remove them with an 8 mm Allen.

So here is my question: is it possible to replace JUST the head bolts, one by one? Or should I do the whole job over again? Thanks for the help!
