So I know I need a 12 point triple square cylinder head bolt remover for my A6 Avant Quattro 2.8L but I cant find any info as to which one? is it the 12mm or 14mm or ....?

also are there any stores that sell this so I dont have to buy it online and wait for it to get to me?

Try an auto parts store -- you know the ones that pro's use! NAPA etc.

 

thanks, the head bolts needed a 10mm triple square bit!

they are just a pain in the *** to find...and I didnt want to buy a whole set!!

another question though..now that I got the head off, I know the allowed amount of warpage on the head is .002 am I to assume its the same for the engine deck?
