I hope this is the right place to post,but,pleeeease can anyone help me???
We have a 2002 Audi A4 petrol. All seemed normal yesterday. Today I was cleaning the inside and stupidly left the door open whilst doing so. When I went to go out in it earlier,it wouldnt start.The radio and lights etc all work but on the dash I have the alternator light, EPC and the yellow triangle surrounded by a circle (esp?)Help!!! is it something I have done, will it start with jump leads?
Panic has set in as Ive not told partner...as yet!!!

It should jumpstart no problem. Probably lost enough voltage to keep from starting, but still plenty for the dash lights.

 

I guess if it does not crank i would see if a jump start would would work. It's possible the battery is getting weak. How old is the battery?
