Default Help with 2000 S4 please

I recently bought a scanner and scanned my codes and this came up
17861- Exhaust gas tempature sensor 1 open/short to B+
17539- Bank2 Internal resistance to high
16684- random misfire detection
16688- cylinder 4 - misfire detected
16687- cylinder 3 - misfire detected
16686- cylinder 2- misfire detected
17521-Bank Sensor1 Internal resistance to high
16680- dont know
16690- cylinder 6 - misfire detected
16689- cylinder 5 misfire detected
I changed all of the 6 ingition coils, erased all the codes and all 5 cylinder misfires came back. Do you know what it could be? Is it this 17861< I have no idea what that is. 17539 and 17521 are the front two 02 sensors correct? . My car is getting like 13 miles to the gallon and I am no rich man. Costing me like 45 dollars a week. I heard once the 02 sensors are fixed I will get 5 more miles to the gallon bringing me up to 18 witch is what the car is supposed to get. Anyway thanx for any help in advance. Hope to hear from someone soon.

You need to replace your EGT sensor, then the misfires should go away.

The super rich condition you are running, might have also killed the O2's & possibly fowled the plugs.

Thank you for both of your replies. Can I change the EGT Sensor on my own or is it ridiculously hard like the 02 sensors. I got a quote of 270 from one guy for the 02 sensors and another guy said 200 but he never done it before and the price may change ? what would you go with

The EGT's are in the same area, as the O2's & are so-so to replace. The drivers side is more difficult.
