Default Help identifying vaccum line

So, I just bought an 04 A4 1.8t last week. I knew that the coolant flange was leaking when i bought it, so I replaced the flange yesterday and noticed a loose vaccum line. The vaccum line is connected at one end to the silver combination vakve located next to the coolant flange on the passenger side. The other end is currently hanging loose. It doesn't seem to effect the way that the car is running, but I know that it should be connected to something and can't see a spot where it should logically go. Thanks in advance for any help.

Todd
