Hello I own a 2001 S4. Someone drove it into a 4ft ditch full of water. Plunging the passenger side into the water. Now when I try to start it my guages lose a little power and the starter won't kick in at all. Unfortunatly I think I have water logged it or may have caused a short somewhere. Can someone please give me some advice on how to check this problem out. How to replce the starter and, how much it would cost. Finally can I do it my self (what would I need, and how to do it). I hope someone can help me out thank u very much.
