I know I need the right reer ABS sensor, but what gives with the first code?

Check the wire that goes to the rear right ABS sensor.
The catalytic converter needs replacing.

Thanks for the response guys. So for the cat I pretty much have to check to see what size inlet/outlet I need and Pretty much just bolt one up?

I was looking at theese
