Hello - my vehicle (09 a4 2.0T) displays the "service needed" message upon startup. The dealership just serviced it but didn't reset this message. Does anyone know how I can do this?

You should contact the dealership, if you have it it the service manual of the car that it has been done they are obligated to do it, so you should get a free fix from them.

It's simply clumsy work not checking if everything you were supposed to do has been done.

Have a word with them
