I just did an oil change on a 09 Q7. I have a Snap-On Solus Scanner. I reset the maintenance and all. It shows next oil change is 365 days and like 10k miles in the nav dispay. So everything appears to be reset except for the "Service Now" light keeps showing up in the instrument cluster. I've tried resetting the channels in the Solus but it says it's not supported. Any quick fix ? Thanks

 

This seems to be a serious defect in Audis, not being able to reset this message. From what I'm seeing on the Internet, it can only be repaired through making an expensive service visit to an Audi workshop. As such, I'm including this kind of repair as a manufacturer problem, in reporting repair work to Consumer Reports!
