Default Hydraulic leak help!

Hey everybody!

My 2002 A4 3.0 has a leak in one of the solid hydraulic lines that runs from the front of the engine back over the passenger-side cylinder bank. There's a big piece of rubber rapped around the line and the leak is coming from there. Not even sure what it is (power steering) or what to replace to fix it. Here's a pic:

It's a slow leak, just a few drops here and there that are collecting on the valve cover, then rolling off and burning on the engine. I'm keeping an eye on all the fluid levels to make sure I don't run out.

Your help would be much appreciated!
