ignition control module install
okay, i've been looking all over here trying to find an install for a 2000 A4 1.8T and i have not been able to find it. does anyone know where it is, how to remove, and how to install the new one? also, anyone know where to find a cheap on? i found one on ebay for about $80. is that the cheapest? thanks! (also, is it hard to do?)

RE: ignition control module install
i saw a picture of where it's supposed to be but here's the weird thing... i don't have anything there! it's just the metal plate with the two holes to screw in my non-existant ICM! there are no loose wires, so where is my ICM if i even have one?!

RE: ignition control module install
yo its super easy. im pretty sure its the module located above the airbox. i replaced mine and it took 5 minutes.its two screws and when you put the new module one on , make sure you have that contact glue. The package you buy probably comes with it , so put some glue down on the metal before you place it back on, ( youll kno wut im talking about when u see it)
