Default Leaking Coolant With Engine OFF

My B5 S4 is leaking coolant, both with the engine off and on. I am leaning towards a leaking hose or connection, because it continues to leak wit Ah a cold engine. I had the car sitting for a over a week, saw coolant was low, filled it up and checked t he level a few weeks later. It was low, and the car was never started. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Look at the tank? Could be cracked.

Expansion Tank is fine, as well as lines running from it.

The coolant is leaking onto or down the side of the engine, I can smell it burning when the engine heats up
