Default Let's revive a dead 2003 TT

2003 TT 1.8 turbo- 168k- white convertible.

I bought a tired TT.
The previous owners state .. It ran one day.. not the next.

I brought it home.. with me..

I added a new battery.. The dash lights up with the key..
But the starter does nothing. No clicking..

Someone has removed the panel under the steering wheel. Obviously testing wires.

I guess the first thing I need is a wiring diagram for the ignition?

Thanks for the help/

I tinkered with the car last night:
1. New battery.
2. Dash/cluster fuse wires melted- Discovered that the fuse for the dash cluster had melted wires behind the fuse box. WHY? Is this common?
3. Installed remote fuse holder to those wires.. TaDA the Cluster is alive..
4. But NO Crank... ? I plan to test the starter?
