Default Maintenance

2001 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro 144,000 km ($7000)

So I got the car in excellent condition in and out. So far i have done rear and front brakes and rotors, brake flush, transmission pan service (remove pan and change filter and gasket and refill with new fluid) I believe the front diff was done with the transmission (am I correct?), change rear diff fluid, and oil change. ($1700)

So i keep topping up my power steering fluid and take it in and its the power steering rack. Have that scheduled for Jan 7. ($1400) Can some one suggest on what preventative maintenance should I also ask them to do while they are replacing the power steering rack.

In February i am going to replace the timing belt, all other belts, tensioner, thermostat, and water pump. (~$2000) Can some one suggest if there are any other things that should be looked at/replaced while doing the timing belt.

In march I am doing a coolant flush, engine flush, fuel system flush, replacing the spark plugs, and changing the fuel filter. (~$800)

If anyone know of any other preventative maintenance work that could or should be done please let me know. Also the prices are in Canadian dollars in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for a certified mechanic and a shop that specializes in Auid/VW with all Audi OEM parts, are the prices reasonable?
