I am new to this forum but i been around VW for long time i just bought my Audi 90 v6 manual Quattro with 140k and car has very bad oil leak just when you drive it for couple minuts and sooner you parked the car oil starts driping pretty bad for about 10 to 15 sec then it stops and also there is some noise around 2 RPM but i dont know from where ,but thing is i left the car idle for hour and no oil leak Only when you drive it ,also i am finding fresh oil on the top of spark plug and spark plug wires only on the passinger side head specialy 2 cylinders that they coming from back of the engine i realy looked hard for oil leak and i couldnt see it i dont know if this could be bad head gaskek but i am not sure any help would be good Thanks Guys...

 

Sounds like your valley pan gasket is leaking. Pretty common on the 12v 2.8.

 

where is that seal located ,and how hard is to change it thank you

 

Well,, You need to pull the intake, and REPLACE the vally pan, they warp.. if you replace the gasket, you are asking for trouble... Ted
