My car had the same 2 codes when I sold it.
My mechanic used a smoke generator to locate
leaks. He replaced a three-way valve for the brakes,
and a hose for the secondary air system. The codes
kept comming back every 10 days. I reset the CEL
with a code reader and passed inspection. The car
ran well, so I never tried additional repairs.

The hose he probably has found is for the sai. They get brittle and break. The sai is located under the engine bay, passenger side in the front. You will find a vacuum cleaner type pump, follow input and output. If it is broken it could deffently be the reason for the incorrect flow.
