I'm sorry if this is something that has already been discused, but i have no manual with my car and am not exactly sure what the light is called to search for it in the forum. 2004 A6 3.0 Quattro 50210 miles, I have had this car for 3 days, and i had a light that looks like a Triangular Caution symbol with an arrow drawn in a circle around it and the ABS light come on at the same time. i'm not exactly sure what is causeing it as when i shut the car off and start it back up the lights go away. That pair of lights have come on 3 or 4 times i think in the last 3 days. Is this something that has already been discussed, or can someone give me a guess as to what is going on? also today for the first time my airbag light has been turning on for a few minutes then off again, any ideas on that one either? I just don't want to bring it into a mechanic and not have any idea of what may be wrong. This is my first Audi. :/ Please help if you can.

 

Your ABS system is malfunctioning somewhere. If you dont care about ABS you can disregaurd it, just means you have breaks that will lock up it stomped on or on a slippery surface
