No heat in audi

No heat in audi
I own a 93 audi quattro 100 and my heat went out completly. My engine temp and collant level is good its just none of my fan speeds work at all. All I get from my vents is just the air the flows past the engine. Does anyone no what the exact problem would be and how to fix it? Or does anyone know of any good guides or manuals for fixing this? Thanks for the help

RE: No heat in audi
Can you hear the fan running ? Does it have a cabin filter? Many cars have come into the shop lately with complaints of the heat not working but the fan is still running and all the cars have had cabin filters clogged with snow and ice.

Something similar happened with my 1995 Coupe. All the heater would do is pump out cold air. It turned out to be the thermostat which was at fault. A new Audi/VAG group one had been fitted but was faulty. Replaced it with an over the counter thermostat and it works brilliantly. Dunno if this helps
