No hydraulic TB tensioner???
Hey fellas.. I'm changing out my TB/water pump due to a bad water pump (well, actually a busted bolt from the last gorrilla to change it). Taking off the TB tensioner. I noticed it was directly bolted to the block. There is no hydraulic system. Just a pulley.??
Any ideas?
Why do some pics show a tensioner like this one:

... if its just a 'tighten and go' pulley only system?? I see empty bolt holes too.. ??
Thanks.

The tensioner is spring loaded. You will see a pin that needs to be pulled on the new one after you get it all installed and the belt put on.
